Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. Expected delivery of orders shipped via the following couriers are as follows:

cliqnship (for Metro Manila ONLY): regular delivery 1-3 days, Grab/Lalamove for same day delivery upon confirmation of your payment*

For provincial shipments, transit time is between 3-7 working days upon dispatch of orders.

*Orders must be paid before 3pm excluding weekends and holidays, announced non-operation of our store or special and unforeseen events.
